Photo & Video Content Specialist / Multimedia Content Creator
Responsibilities
* Plan, capture, and produce photo and video content for the company's marketing and communication needs.
* Handle photography and videography for corporate events, product activities, client projects, campaigns, and other company initiatives.
* Edit photos and videos into high-quality content for social media, websites, presentations, promotional materials, and other digital channels.
* Develop engaging visual concepts and translate content briefs into effective photo and video executions.
* Work closely with the Marketing Communication team to support content calendars, campaigns, product promotions, and corporate communications.
* Ensure all visual content is consistent with the company's brand identity and communication standards.
* Organize and maintain photo and video assets for future marketing and corporate use.
* Keep up with current visual, video editing, and social media content trends while maintaining a professional corporate standard.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Film, Communication, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in videography, photography, video editing, or multimedia content production.
* Strong hands-on skills in operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other supporting production equipment.
* Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
* Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or other relevant creative software.
* Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
* Able to produce content in various formats and dimensions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
* Social media savvy with a good understanding of current content formats and trends.
* Able to work independently from content preparation and production through to final editing.
* Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects or deadlines.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
* A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
* Portfolio or showreel demonstrating photography, videography, and editing capabilities is required.
