Job description for Petugas E-commerce at Social Maison
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily e-commerce and online shop operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages through marketplace chat and WhatsApp in a friendly and timely manner.
- Process and manage customer orders from order confirmation to packing and shipment.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Update product information, prices, and stock availability across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor product stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Coordinate with delivery or courier services to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
- Handle customer complaints, order issues, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, customer information, and daily transactions.
- Provide after-sales support and assist customers with order-related inquiries.
- Prepare simple daily or weekly reports related to orders, stock, and sales.
Requirements:
- Female candidates are preferred. Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Online Shop Administration, Customer Service, or a similar role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and online shop operations.
- Experienced or familiar with handling customer orders, packing, shipping, and stock management.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office for basic administration, data entry, and reporting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and responsible.
- Able to manage multiple orders and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks on time.
