We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our commissioner for PT Malika Kencana Abadi. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of executive and administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full secretarial and administrative support directly to the commissioner
* Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
* Coordinate and communicate with internal departments on behalf of the commissioner
* Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
* Handle internal and external correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
* Schedule and manage appointments, maintain the commissioner’s calendar, and send timely reminders
* Organize meetings and events, including venue setup and refreshments when required
Requirements:
* Experience as a Personal Assistant 1 year, preferably supporting C-level executives
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
* Good looking
* Fresh graduate welcome
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
* Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
