Job description for Personal Trainer at BE MORE INDONESIA
About the role
PT. Physiogym Be more, a leading provider of holistic health and wellness services originated from Japan, is seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Trainer (FEMALE and Male) to join our team in Jakarta. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing customized fitness programs with unique Japanese method which combines therapy (dry massage) and exercise after the assessment that help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand each client's current fitness level, posture condition, goals, and any limitations or special needs
- Design and deliver individualized exercise routines that incorporate a variety of training methods, such as strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility work. And the therapy which is dry massage is included.
- Provide hands-on instruction and motivation to ensure clients execute exercises correctly and safely
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to keep them engaged and challenged
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle habits for overall wellness
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
What we're looking for
- Minimum a years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer, preferably in a health club, studio or other similars.
- Having background in sport science is preferably
- Having skill on rehab and pre-hab is plus point
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively motivate and guide clients
- Ability to design and adapt exercise programs to meet the diverse needs of clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Certification in personal training or a person with physiotherapy background is a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
