Job description for Personal Assistant at PT. Global Infotech Solutions

Halo connection! Currently we have an urgently needed for a Personal Assistant to the Director, who can do translation in Korean for business purposes or at least can speak Korean for daily conversation.

Here is our requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English
  • 2+ years related work experience as personal assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Can do translation (Korean)
  • Have good organizing skills, teamwork, communication skills, adaptation, and independence.
  • Positive attitude.

and, here is the Job Desc :
  1. Handle day to day administration support to President Director. Not limited to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  2. Assist with document preparation and management, including drafting and formatting reports, presentations, memos, and other materials as requested by the President Director.
  3. Organize director meetings, appointments and create MOMs.
  4. Manage and maintain President Director’s appointments/calendar or email if needed
  5. Plan, Arrange internal and external meetings / events
  6. Full fill for business trip based on President Director’s schedule for both business and personal purpose.
  7. Able to coordinate with various levels of positions as liaison officer (internal and external)
  8. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, vendors, and other business contacts, representing the President Director professionally
