Job description for Personal Assistant at Kalimantan Besi Baja
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform secretarial and administrative tasks
- Maintain executive’s agenda and schedule all appointments, meetings, etc
- Prepare report or minutes of meeting
- Problem solve any issues that the executive requests
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree any major or at the minimum Secretary diploma degree from reputable University / Academy
- Experienced as Executive Secretary / Secretary to Director for at least 2 years
- Excellent correspondence skill in both Mandarin & English
- Minimum HSK 4
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
