Responsibilities:
- Assist and support all tasks handled by the Director.
- Prepare and compile required documents, reports and presentations.
- Handle correspondence (emails, reports, internal/external communications).
- Become a liaison between management and employees.
- Setting work priorities and supporting long-term strategic planning.
Qualification :
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Mastering English both spoken and written.
- Have good time management skills, thoroughness, initiative, & multitasking.
- Master Ms. Office Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation well.
- Have a professional attitude and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Have a strong commitment to confidential company data.
