Job Description :
- Provide administrative support to director
- Schedule/coordinate appointments/meetings and make all necessary arrangements, by distributing information accordingly to other parties/participants as required- both internal and external
- Attend meetings and taking detailed notes then delivering a full report
- Communicate with relevant parties (employees/clients)
- Arranged domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations and itineraries
- Process/coordinate confidential information related to business and management.
