About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and enabling the Founder to focus on strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and stakeholder communications.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and key business priorities.
- Support presentations, reports, research, and executive projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, investors, and VIP guests.
- Assist with personal appointments, errands, and confidential matters when required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Experience in fast-paced startup, tech, or entrepreneurial environments is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and productivity tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
