Job description for Personal Assistant at PT. Toffin Indonesia

Responsibilities :

- Manage the BOD daily schedule, including appointments, meeting, and travel arrangements.

- ⁠Assisting the BOD in prioritizing task and deadlines.

- ⁠Manage travel related documentation and coordinate administrative requirements to support business trips and official travel arrangements.

- ⁠Coordinate internal and external communications professionaly

Requariment :

- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Personal Assistant

- ⁠Required languange : English is Must

- ⁠Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.

- ⁠Detail Oriented, proactive, and well organized.

- ⁠have a driver’s license A&C

- ⁠Can join ASAP
