Job description for Personal Assistant at Pacesetters Organisation
A personal assistant (PA) typically carries out administrative work on behalf of the manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone calls, emails
- Managing calendar and organizing meetings and appointments booking and arranging travel, transport
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staffs and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
