The Administrative Staff and Personal Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the smooth operation of our office and ensure the highest level of service to our clients. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires someone who can multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

We are seeking candidates with an SMA/SMK education level who are eager to develop their career in a supportive environment. Experience in customer service and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
