We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Executives Assistant. We are seeking a Personal Assistant who is intelligent, proactive, and dedicated to supporting the Executive in managing daily responsibilities. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, quick decision-making, and effective communication to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive’s schedule, including meetings, business trips, and important events.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and other related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executives.
  • Ensure follow-up on tasks and projects assigned by the Executives is carried out effectively.
  • Handle email and phone correspondence related to the Executives.
  • Manage confidential documents and ensure the security of personal and company information.
  • Assist with market research or data analysis to support Executives decision-making.
  • Handle the superior’s needs comprehensively, including both personal and business matters.
  • Accompany the superior during travels, both within the city and out of town.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in [specify preferred field, e.g., Management, Business Administration, or equivalent].
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, highly initiative-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
