Job description for Personal Assistant at Widya Imersif Teknologi
- Organizing CEO's schedule
- Ensuring CEO is well prepared for any meetings or appointment
- Becoming point of contact between CEO with internal and external clients
- Handling request and queries from internal & external clients appropriately
- Handling incoming letter, email, and faxes on behalf of CEO
- Organizing and maintaining the meetings and appointments
- Organizing travel arrangement for CEO including booking accomodation, flights, etc.
- Assisting CEO to prepare any reports, presentations, and documents for his/her meeting or appointment
- Assisting CEO to prepare his/her expense report
- Assisting Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Secretarial/Communication/Business Administration Studies
- Minimum 4-7 years in-job related experiences
- Able to do multitasking job

- Have excellence time management skills
