Job Description:
- Maintaining the Executive’s daily needs
- Arranging, scheduling, and reminding all appointments, agendas, meetings, and conferences
- Handle flight, hotel, or ground transportation travel requests (including visa applications)
- Manage individual expense claims with multi-currencies
- Provide all Executive’s needs
- Carry out additional tasks that will be given by Executive
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Communication, or any related field
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and good looking personality
- Actively learn new things and have high initiative
- Proficient in MS Office or G Suite
- High-level multitasking ability, excellent organizational and time management capability
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Good in spoken Mandarin/Hokkian will be an advantage
