Job description for Personal Assistant at YOLO PAWS Indonesia

Job Description:

- Fluent in Chinese (English proficiency is a plus)

- Working hours are Monday to Friday

- Must remain reachable outside regular working hours and respond to messages promptly

- Must be prepared for flexible working hours and able to accommodate urgent or last-minute arrangements

- Work location is flexible and will not always be office-based, depending on work needs.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide daily administrative and personal support to the employer

- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements

- Handle communication and follow-ups with clients, partners, and service providers

- Assist with document preparation, translation, filing, and data organization

- Support business operations, including research, reporting, and task coordination

- Organize and maintain important contacts, records, and digital files

- Assist with errands, purchases, and ad hoc tasks as assigned

- Remain reachable and responsive for urgent matters when needed

- Adapt to flexible work locations and occasional schedule changes

Qualifications:

- Female candidate preferred

- Minimum college diploma or above

- Previous experience as an assistant, administrative staff, or similar role is preferred

- Fluent in Chinese; basic English communication ability is a plus

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Comfortable with flexible working hours and occasional after-hours communication

- Proactive, responsive, and able to handle tasks independently

- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
