Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Personal Assistant to support our Director in managing daily activities, calendars, and strategic communications. This role is critical, you will serve as a gatekeeper, time manager, and trusted partner to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, attendees, and logistics.
- Communicate updates and decisions in a timely and professional manner.
- Document meeting notes, prepare follow-ups, and track deadlines.
- Assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling when needed.
- Represent or accompany the Director as required.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
- Perform CV screening and shortlist qualified candidates for interview stages to HR or the Director.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communications with candidates and relevant teams.
Requirements:
- SMK (Secretarial) or S1 in Secretarial Studies is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant.
- Emotionally mature, adaptive, and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Capable of assisting in the recruitment process by screening CVs.
- Understands basic hiring criteria and can filter applications effectively.
- Provides useful recommendations based on initial candidate reviews.
- Communicates clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to ask, clarify, and follow up without hesitation.
