- Manage the daily schedule of the Marketing Division such as, arrange meetings and other important meetings according to requests and work deadlines.
- Prepare for the Marketing Division's official travel needs, such as transportation and other accommodations.
- Assist in reminding superiors regarding deadlines, assignments, meetings and others in the Marketing Division.
- Support important documents, such as reports, presentations required and also archive. some documentation related to BOD and the Marketing Division in accordance with certain aims and objectives as directed.
- Coordinate and communicate with staff, co-workers, and external clients if needed.
- Checking, ensuring that all submissions for expenditures/requests for the Marketing Division are in accordance with the needs and work agendas of each relevant Department and have received approval from the BOD or Management (coordinating with related parties within the Marketing Division and with the Administration Division).
- Make meeting plans on behalf of superiors.
- Setting up the event including the required venue or conference room.
- Make minutes of Marketing Division meetings and distribute meeting minutes to related parties.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer proposals for ex-salesmen submitted by all related branches.
- Document support and coordination with Managers in the Marketing Division on matters needed by the Team.
- Other tasks requested according to the needs of the Marketing Division, making emails, letters or coordinating with outside parties if needed.
