Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Planning events
- Understand how to handle KITAS administration
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficient in English and mandarin
- Min 1 - 3 years experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Ability to travel
- Can drive the car
- Good organisation and time management
- Have experience in renovation and construction company
- Have experience in handling SNI or BPOM
