Job description for Personal Assistant at Lsq And Associates
We are looking for a young and dynamic personal assistant who enjoys learning new things and also appreciate working closely with the team as well as independently.
Someone with a great attitude and good with new technologies, able and willing to multi-task will best fit this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Manager and team.
- Handle recruitment related matters including talent recruitment, payroll and leave administration
- Handle all private and confidential matters of company and Senior Manager
- Assist arranging appointments with clients.
- Organise and schedule internal / external meetings and company functions
- Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing
- Requisition and maintenance of office suppliers and consumables
- Assist in managing customer relationship.
- Arranging portfolio summary and neccessary documents.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by Senior Manager.
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level
- Must be pleasant-looking, well groomed & possesses pleasant disposition
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Good MS office skills and understanding of social media platform
- Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Meticulous with good organisational and research skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
- Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently
