• Experience working as an Assistant / Admin / Receptionist
• Strong “can-do” and proactive “to-do” attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently
• Highly organised with excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Professional communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity when handling sensitive information
• Comfortable coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and operational tasks
• Tech-savvy and confident using Google Workspace, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools
• Ability to follow instructions precisely while also anticipating needs before being asked
• Positive mindset with strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing priorities
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable for deadlines and deliverables
• Willingness continuously improve skills
