Job description for Personal Assistant to the CEO at LabMu

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (fresh graduate dipersilakan), diutamakan memiliki ketertarikan pada manajemen operasional, administrasi, atau project coordination.

2. Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang sangat baik, termasuk:

  • Penyusunan notulensi meeting yang rapi, terstruktur, dan actionable
  • Dokumentasi aktivitas, timeline, dan follow-up task secara sistematis

3. Terbiasa melakukan email handling secara profesional, meliputi:

  • Penyusunan email formal (internal & eksternal)
  • Manajemen inbox (prioritization, filtering, dan follow-up)

4. Mampu mengoperasikan tools manajemen kerja, seperti:

  • Trello / Notion / Asana atau tools sejenis
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)

5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik, khususnya dalam:

  • Bridging antar tim (product, engineering, business, dll)
  • Menyampaikan informasi secara jelas, ringkas, dan tepat sasaran

6. Mampu mengelola jadwal dan koordinasi secara efektif, termasuk:

  • Scheduling meeting lintas stakeholder (menggunakan Google Calendar)
  • Mengatur prioritas agenda dan kebutuhan koordinasi internal
  • Koordinasi rapat (persiapan, reminder, hingga follow-up)

7. Memiliki kemampuan executive support yang kuat, dalam konteks:

  • Mendukung kelancaran aktivitas operasional dan koordinasi pimpinan
  • Menyiapkan bahan meeting, briefing note, dan summary diskusi
  • Membantu memastikan alignment antar agenda, prioritas, dan eksekusi tim

8. Memiliki kemampuan multitasking yang baik, mampu menangani beberapa pekerjaan sekaligus dengan tetap menjaga kualitas output

9. Teliti, detail-oriented, dan memiliki sense of ownership tinggi, terutama dalam memastikan setiap task berjalan sesuai timeline

10. Responsif dan proaktif, mampu mengantisipasi kebutuhan tim/pimpinan tanpa harus selalu diarahkan

11. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan deadline, dengan ritme kerja yang cepat dan dinamis

12. Memiliki integritas dan profesionalisme tinggi, terutama dalam handling informasi sensitif dan komunikasi eksternal
