Personal Assistant to Sales & Marketing Manager (Electric Motorcycle) – Female Only
Job Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one personal assistance to the Sales & Marketing Director on daily business affairs and project operations; follow up with key clients and government enterprise cooperation orders for electric motorcycles in Indonesia.
Arrange the director’s daily schedules, coordinate meetings and business receptions, sort and file business documents, and complete data statistics and report preparation.
Communicate and cooperate with local Indonesian clients and partners, follow up business negotiations, order progress and project implementation, and update work progress in a timely manner.
Assist in market research, marketing planning, new product promotion and channel development for the local electric motorcycle market.
Manage daily docking and cross-departmental communication, handle temporary affairs efficiently, and complete other tasks assigned by the director.
Job Requirements
Indonesian local resident, no academic degree restriction, no working experience required. Candidates with assistant working experience or electric motorcycle industry background are preferred.
Fluent in English; Chinese speaking is a strong plus. Able to communicate smoothly with Chinese management team and local Indonesian clients.
Meticulous, responsible, high EQ, strong sense of confidentiality, excellent execution and flexible emergency response ability.
Proficient in office software, skilled in document sorting and data statistics.
Steady working attitude, willing to develop long-term in the company.
Salary & Benefits
4–6 Million Indonesian Rupiah per month + Year-end Bonus
