Pengalaman sebagai Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Content Creator, atau Social Media Specialist minimal 2th.

Mampu shooting foto/video dan editing short video secara mandiri.

Memahami TikTok, Instagram Reels, dan YouTube Shorts.

Kreatif, cekatan, inisiatif, rapi, dan mampu membaca situasi.

Memiliki komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.

Bersedia bekerja mobile, live-in, dan mengikuti perjalanan dinas dalam maupun luar negeri.

Fleksibel terhadap perubahan jadwal dan siap mendampingi CEO & Owner sesuai kebutuhan.

Mampu menjaga profesionalisme, privasi, dan kerahasiaan.

Job Description

Mendampingi CEO & Owner dalam aktivitas bisnis, meeting, event, perjalanan, dan kegiatan lainnya.

Mengatur, mengingatkan, dan mengoordinasikan jadwal serta kebutuhan agenda.

Melakukan follow-up kepada tim terkait dan memastikan seluruh agenda berjalan dengan baik.

Mendokumentasikan aktivitas berupa foto dan video untuk kebutuhan personal branding.

Membuat dan mengedit konten TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, dan media sosial lainnya.

Membuat ide, hook, storytelling, caption, dan CTA untuk konten.

Mengubah aktivitas sehari-hari, perjalanan, event, dan momen spontan menjadi konten yang menarik.

Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Multimedia Sanga Sanga dan tim Digital untuk produksi konten.

Memantau performa konten seperti views, engagement, reach, dan follower.

Menjaga kerahasiaan dan privasi CEO & Owner.
