Job Description:
1. Arrange and manage the schedule of the superior/director, including meetings and business trips.
2. Compile and prepare documents, such as correspondence, email correspondence, meeting minutes (MoM), reports, and presentations.
3. Organize and plan meetings between superiors and related internal and external parties.
4. Handle all administrative aspects related to the superior's work.
5. Become a communication liaison between superiors/directors and internal and external parties.
6. Understand every task and instruction given by the superior/director.
7. Assist in office matters and the superior's personal needs.
8. Maintain the confidentiality of information related to the superior and the company
Qualifications:
1. Age 25-35 years.
2. Minimum education D3/S1, preferably from Administration, Management, Law, or related fields.
3. Able to speak English well, both orally and in writing.
4. Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Have good communication skills and be able to interact quickly and effectively.
6. Be able to solve problems (problem solving) well.
7. Have good time management.
8. Careful, responsible, and honest.
9. Proactive, responsive, loyal, and professional.
10. Able to do many tasks at once (multitasking) and adapt quickly.
11. Being able to speak Mandarin is an added value.
12. Mastering martial arts is an added value.
