Personal Assistant to Director

Personal Assistant to Director bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan dukungan administratif, koordinasi, dan komunikasi strategis kepada Direktur. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam memastikan aktivitas Direktur berjalan efektif, terstruktur, dan efisien, termasuk pengelolaan jadwal, korespondensi, presentasi, serta koordinasi lintas internal dan eksternal perusahaan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Mengelola kalender Direktur, termasuk penjadwalan meeting, perjalanan dinas, dan agenda penting lainnya.
  • Menyusun notulensi rapat, korespondensi, dan dokumen resmi Direksi.
  • Menangani komunikasi internal dan eksternal atas nama Direktur.

2. Presentation & Documentation

  • Menyiapkan materi presentasi profesional dengan standar corporate style (menggunakan PowerPoint, Canva, atau Adobe Illustrator).
  • Membantu penyusunan laporan, proposal, dan dokumen strategis untuk kebutuhan Direksi dan manajemen.

3. Coordination & Reminder Function

  • Mengingatkan Direktur terkait deadline, agenda, dan prioritas pekerjaan.
  • Mengkoordinasikan follow-up tugas dengan tim internal dan stakeholder eksternal.
  • Menjadi penghubung komunikasi antara Direktur dengan divisi terkait.

4. Corporate Secretary Support

  • Mendukung fungsi sekretaris perusahaan seperti pengelolaan dokumen legal, korporasi, dan arsip Direksi.
  • Membantu persiapan meeting board, internal committee, dan corporate event.

Requirements

  • Pria / Wanita
  • Berpenampilan menarik dan profesional
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan Sekretaris, Administrasi Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait)

Experience

  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Corporate Secretary atau Executive Secretary

Skills & Competencies

  • English proficiency (lisan dan tulisan)
  • Mampu membuat presentasi corporate yang menarik dan profesional (Canva / PowerPoint / Adobe Illustrator)
  • Teliti, diligent, terorganisir, dan efisien
  • Memiliki people skill yang baik (mampu mengingatkan, follow-up, dan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak secara profesional)
  • Discreet, memiliki integritas tinggi, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan informasi Direksi
