Job description for Personal Assistant to Director for Foods FMCG at PT Prakasa Makmur Kencana
- Assit Director in the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives and make a detail report.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the business.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs.
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including product performance, sales, and profitability, and adjust product development strategies accordingly.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
- Support the Food category manager in managing the category budget, including product development, marketing, and promotions expenses.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including suppliers and co-manufacturers, to develop and launch new products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including food safety and labeling requirements.
- Ensure the stock is accurate and stocking flow is kept updated.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
