Job description for Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) at BAIC Indonesia

Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
Make travel arrangements for executives
Prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Secretary, Management, Administration, or similar
Having a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Enthusiasm for learning and proactive attitude
Skills needed : Mandarin (HSK-4) mandatory
