About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented Personal Assistant & Event Coordinator Intern to support our director and management team, assist with event planning and execution.
This is a hands-on internship where you will be involved in event coordination, scheduling, communication, administration, and on-site event support. You will work closely with the team and gain practical experience in how events and business operations are managed from planning to execution.
What You’ll Do
Event Coordination
- Assist with planning and preparing events, meetings, and special projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare event schedules, checklists, guest lists, and other event materials.
- Assist with event setup, registration, guest coordination, and on-site execution.
- Monitor timelines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Help resolve last-minute changes or issues during events.
- Assist with post-event follow-ups and documentation.
Personal Assistant & Management Support
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, reminders, and daily coordination.
- Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Conduct basic research and gather information when required.
- Follow up with relevant people regarding meetings, bookings, tasks, and deadlines.
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Final year student or recently graduated in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different people.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently while also working well within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting with on-site events.
- Good command of English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
