We are a fast-growing, premium car wash business. As the founder is an English speaker, we are looking for a high-energy, meticulous, and resourceful Personal Assistant to be the "bridge" between leadership, the cleaning crew, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary translator and communicator between the English-speaking Founder and the Indonesian-speaking cleaning crew.
- Stakeholder Management: Handle professional communications with shopping mall management, vendors, and premium customers.
- Administrative Support: Manage business documentation, reporting, and basic coordination tasks.
Requirements:
Language Mastery: Must be bilingual with native-level Indonesian and exceptional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
Meticulous Nature: Obsessive attention to detail. You are the final check for quality and standards.
Work Ethic: A "startup" mindset—willing to work hard and go the extra mile to help the business scale.
Flexibility: Willing to visit mall locations in West Jakarta and adapt to the needs of a growing business.
