Performance Media Intern

As a Performance Media Specialist Intern, you will support Digital Media Team in managing and optimizing our clients' digital advertising campaigns. You will assist in planning, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in setting up and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and create ad copy for search and display campaigns
• Monitor and update campaign budgets, targeting and creative materials
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Assist in A/B testing of creatives ads, audience segments and landing pages
• Support ongoing optimizations
• Identify opportunities to refine audience targeting and next strategies
• Recommend improvements to creative content based on data insights
• Coordinate with internal team to align with overall brand/client goals

Requirements:

• Final semester student or Fresh Graduates with degree in Marketing/ Business/ related field
• Having digital marketing certification from bootcamp or course is preffered
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and management tools (ex: Hootsuite)
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn
• Willing to commute to our office in South Jakarta
