About the Role
PT Yakin Bertumbuh Sekuritas is currently recruiting a Performance Marketing Specialist on behalf of PT Terang Berkat Raya, our holding company.
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented professional to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, generate qualified leads, and drive customer acquisition through measurable marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign targets and maximize marketing performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Optimize conversion funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative, content, social media, and business teams to support marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform developments, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and digital advertising analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, securities, investment, or other relevant industries is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
