Qualification:
- Familiarity with social media & google advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Having experience as a Performance Marketing at least 1 years. FMCG and BRAND industry more preferable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with A/B testing, SEO, SEM and performance optimization technique.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging ad content.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and motivation to achieve result

Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms (IG, TikTok, etc)
- Create engaging ad content, copy, and visuals to capture the target audience's attention and drive user engagement.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with the other team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features on social media platforms.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges within campaigns.
