As a Performance Marketing Strategist at Mierakigai, you will play a strategic role in managing and developing performance marketing strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for developing campaign strategies, analyzing performance, providing strategic direction to the Digital Advertiser, and becoming a key point of communication for campaign strategy and performance with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and adjust digital advertising strategies based on client objectives, KPIs, audience insights, and campaign performance.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support campaign strategy and optimization.
• Provide strategic briefs, budget direction, and priorities to Digital Advertisers and review campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify issues, and develop optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Manage client communication related to campaign strategy and performance.
• Coordinate with creative and other digital marketing functions to ensure alignment with the overall client strategy.
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining campaign quality, performance, and communication consistency.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Strategy, or a related role.
• Experienced in developing and optimizing digital advertising strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Experienced in analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in client-facing roles.
• Able to conduct market, competitor, and audience research.
• Experienced in providing direction and reviewing the work of Digital Advertisers.
• Analytical, strategic, problem-solving, and detail-oriented.
• Agency experience and familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms are a plus.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing channels such as KOL, Affiliate, and Marketplace is a plus.
