Job description for Performance Marketing Specialist at PT. PAKAR ANUGERAH GEMILANG
- Menjadi bagian dari Tim 6 orang dan 3 Mentor Senior.
- Belajar dari awal mengenai Digital Marketing, terutama di bidang Paid Marketing (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Website, SEO).
- Membuat dan Mengedit Landing Page / Website untuk Keperluan Marketing Client.
- Membuat, Mengoptimisasi dan Memonitor Iklan di Facebook dan Instagram.
- Membuat, Mengoptimisasi dan Memonitor Iklan di Google (Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Shopping Ads).
- Melakukan A/B Test untuk Setiap Copywriting / Design Iklan.
- Melakukan Analisa Performance Iklan melalui Google Analytics.
- Membuat Copywriting Iklan yang Menjual.
- Melakukan Setup E-mail Marketing.
- Last but not least, bring happiness to our team 🙂

About the company
We have three core business: PAKAR Education, PAKAR Jasa and PAKAR Bisnis
At the beginning we are running PAKAR Education, that providing workshop and training for professional, employee and enterpreneur in the field of digital marketing, human resource, finance & accounting and any other fields.
As time passess, there are several request from workshop participants that demand us to open another services such as consultant. Therefore based on that demand we expand our business into two new business that are PAKAR Jasa and PAKAR Bisnis.
Both of them running as consultant services, PAKAR Jasa focus on digital marketing service. We provide service on facebook ads, google ads, tiktok ads, marketplace, seo, etc. While PAKAR Bisnis focus on accounting and finance.
