About This Role
Esensi is an agency specializing in digital marketing, particularly in paid ads, we are looking for someone to fill the position of Performance Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing ongoing paid ad campaigns.
What will you do
1. Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition.
2. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine existing marketing strategies.
3. Work closely with account strategists and other performers to ensure KPIs are effectively met.
4. Monitor and evaluate ongoing campaigns.
5. Ensure all key visuals, target audiences, keywords, and technical aspects are properly set.
6. Create reports for all assigned accounts in a timely manner, following the requirements of each account.
What we need from you
1. Experience working in an agency is a plus.
2. Experienced in handling clients directly.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Own a personal laptop.
6. Willing to work full-time on-site in Gading Serpong.
