Job description for Performance Marketing Specialist at Marketz.id
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Shopee Ads.
- Experience in creating landing pages using WordPress and Elementor or other landing page builder tools.
- Ability to manage relevant social media tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize campaign performance to grow clients’ businesses through digital channels (Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, etc.).
- Identify client growth opportunities through data analysis and conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience data, platforms, placements, and content for advertising campaigns.
- Build and optimize landing pages using WordPress and Elementor to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and other relevant tools to monitor performance and drive optimization.
- Collaborate with various teams at Marketz (Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Sales, Programmers, etc.) to develop comprehensive digital plans and be willing to work in a hybrid working system.
