- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, affiliates, and business partners.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
- Manage and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, promotional activities, and marketing results regularly.
- Identify potential collaborations with KOLs, creators, communities, and business partners.
- Create promotional ideas, sales programs, and branding strategies aligned with the target market.
- Collaborate with content, live streaming, and operational teams to ensure campaigns run effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitors for business and strategy development.
- Support the company in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales & marketing activity reports.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Marketing.
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field is preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, confident, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work full-time and be mobile when required.
