About the Role
The Company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital acquisition strategy and optimize the complete customer journey—from the moment users see our advertisements until they successfully convert into customers.
This role requires someone who understands that successful marketing is not only about generating traffic, but also about improving every touchpoint across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using data to improve ROI.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Improve lead quality and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to improve user experience.
- Design and execute A/B testing initiatives.
- Build weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Recommend strategic improvements based on customer insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
- Experienced in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Comfortable managing advertising budgets.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High ownership and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, investment, education, consulting, or premium services.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience building customer acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion.
