We are assisting one of our client, a MSME engage in Herbal Industry is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid digital campaign across platform (Marketplace Ads, meta ads and google ads, etc.).
- Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and create improvement strategies based on data.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to improve conversion results.
- Maintain and supervise sales support teams including Digital Marketing team & Livestream team.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Ads.
- Experienced in running Marketplace Ads and Google Ads.
- Understand digital sales funnel, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
- Familiar with e-commerce and multi brand is a plus.
