• Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaign on our social media/digital channel (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads)
• Generate new ideas and initiative for new digital campaign
• Doing A/B testing for performance campaign
• Collaborate and working closely with digital marketing team to achieve objectives
• Build the best way for campaign structure together with the digital team
• Strategize a budget planning and propose the best initiatives to utilize the budget
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities that can differentiate the brand.
• D3/S1 graduate of Business, Marketing, or any related major
• Have experience in the same position/field with real projects and experience in handling ads
• Have excellent knowledge about Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Have knowledge of marketing tracking tools such as Google Analytics
•Analytical thinker who is always seeking out new ways to drive new customer growth and to improve the retention curve
• Passion for digital technologies and application to business
• Able to work neatly, organized, and structured in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Bandung and willing to collaborate onsite.
