Job description for Performance Marketing Executive at Ru9

Ru9 is looking for the Performance Marketing Executive to join our team of dreamers.
In this role, you will be focused on driving Ru9’s customer base through execution and deployment of Paid Channels. We are looking for a candidate who is highly analytical to make meaningful data-driven decisions on our monthly media budget. Our ideal candidate has a strong mathematical and data analysis background and is previously experienced with Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Ru9 – The Sleep Company is a manufacturer-to-consumer brand that aims to improve the life quality of Vietnamese people by offering design-conscious sleep products with best-in-class customer service.
What you will be doing when you are not sleeping:
Execute SEM & Paid Social (FB/IG, Zalo, Tiktok++) funnel strategy
Daily manage the channels to maximize paid performance and drive efficient customer acquisition via online channels
Build data measurement dashboards via Sheets and Data Studio
Identify key metrics for deep-dive analysis to make meaningful decisions
Monitor industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape, and proactively work to keep the team constantly updated on changes in digital marketing space
Who are you:
Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills with an attention to detail
Desire to learn and build expertise in Performance Marketing
Experienced with Facebook Ad Manager or Google Adwords & Google Analytics
Data visualization skills with Data Studio or Sheets is a plus
Start-up and eCommerce experience is preferred
