Job description for Performance Marketing Analyst at Programmatic Digital
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor digital campaign performance (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- Support budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests for ads and landing pages.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to inform marketing strategy.
- Work closely with content, design, and dev teams to align goals.
- Schedule meetings, summarize key points, and handle client communications and issues.
- Understand and utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and other digital marketing platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically handling programmatic advertising
- Skilled in analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4 or advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling)
- Familiar with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis.
- Understanding of product and marketing metrics (conversion, churn, LTV, CAC, ROI).
- Prior experience in tech, consulting, or e-commerce industries preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate insights clearly.
