Job Description:
- Execute, monitor, and optimize daily ad campaigns on Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ongoing A/B testing for ad angles.
- Scale winning products and aggressively cut underperforming keywords to eliminate wasted spend.
- Track daily performance metrics and report progress to the Head Advertiser and CSS.
- Maintain clean campaign setups and ensure tracking/pixels are working accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Shopee Ads and/or TikTok Shop Ads.
- Strong comfort level with numbers, spreadsheets, and analyzing performance dashboards daily.
- Understanding of marketplace metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, CPC, ROAS).
- High attention to detail, proactive, and fast in taking action when ad performance shifts.
