Requirements:

- Min. 2 years of HR experience focused on Performance Management, C&B, or Organization Development.
- Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, performance appraisals, competency models, and reward structures.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for HR data analysis and dashboard reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and experience in fast-growing industries preferred.
- Willing to work at BSD - Tangerang.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, frameworks, and calibration sessions.
- Manage compensation, salary structures, bonuses, and reward schemes.
- Develop talent management processes, job evaluations, and competency mapping.
- Build HR analytics dashboards, program guidelines, and communication assets.
- Partner with leadership to align OD, performance, and talent strategies with business goals.
