📍 Penempatan: Simprug, Jakarta Selatan.
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain organizational structure, including Organizational Chart, Job Description, WLA, grade, and subgrade.
- Manage and develop the company’s KPI and performance management system.
- Coordinate Performance Review, Performance Appraisal, and 360° Feedback processes.
- Manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and monitor employee performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Performance Management databases.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide recommendations on Organizational Development, talent management, and performance improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or HR.
- Strong understanding of KPI, Performance Appraisal, Performance Review, and PIP.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets. Proficiency in Looker Data Studio is a plus.
- Experience in HRIS, data analysis, and performance management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
