Job description for Performance Marketing Executive at Ekino Vietnam
- The key task is the setup and optimization of media campaigns
- Be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing media performance
- Be the main PIC of the performance growth and KPI (i.e CPI, CPA, etc) with end-to-end responsibility for paid media.
- Work with cross-functional teams including regional, global, local teams, and media vendors
- Lead and manage projects with guidance from managers, and coordinate with media planners
- Provide post-campaign data and insight in terms of reporting and presentations.
- Work with the Performance team with trending, optimization, and local insight
- Monitor, administer analytics dashboards and key reporting Client Space tools; and regularly make recommendations to improve the data available
- Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, regularly documenting, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication, or digital media preferred.
- At least 2 years of Search, Facebook, and Digital experience preferred (working in a global media agency is a plus).
- Have solid experience in a Paid Media role – across one or more PPC, Paid Social & Display/ programmatic buying
- Ability to manage workflow effectively both internally and with third parties
- Expertise in Google analytics. Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights
- Understanding of Bid Management Tools
- English: Excellent
