Responsibilities
- Create performing ads plan and strategy for various product/brand brief
- Manage multiple ads campaign across all platform (Meta, Google, TikTok and Marketplace)
- Collaborate with other divisions (Content, Creative, UI/UX, Product Development and Tech) to ensure and maintain KPI progress
- Provide detailed datas in monthly reports for each product/brand
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall sales
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Marketing/Digital agency in Media Buying,
- Data-Driven and Analytical Thinking,
- Mastering Meta ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Marketplace (TopAds & Shopee Iklanku) Ads,
- Update with digital marketing trends, marketplace algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization is a plus.
