Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms to achieve business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports using internal and external analytics tools (e.g. Metabase, Ads Manager, MMP).
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance by providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with the Brand, Content, and Creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners or agencies to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or TikTok Ads.
- Familiar with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Metabase, or Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and CAC.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or fast-growing startup environments is a plus
