Jobdesc

Kelola kampanye TikTok GMV Max (Product & LIVE)
Atur budget, target ROI, dan produk, lalu optimasi harian (scale/hold/pause)
Kelola CPAS dan Meta Ads (Traffic, Conversion, Catalog, Retargeting)
A/B test kreatif dan pantau ROAS, CPR, CTR, CPM
Kelola e-commerce ads (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia/TikTok Shop Ads, Lazada Ads)
Atur keyword, bidding, dan strategi iklan event (tanggal kembar, flash sale)
Isi laporan Google Sheet setiap hari (spend, GMV, ROAS, order) tepat waktu
Rekap mingguan/bulanan beserta insight
Lapor segera jika ada anomali

Requirement

Pengalaman 1-2 tahun sebagai media buyer/Performance Ads/Ads Specialist
Menguasai TikTok GMV Max dan Meta Ads (CPAS nilai plus)
Paham metrik ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR
Mahir Google Sheet (SUM, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, IF)
Punya laptop dan internet stabil
Jujur, teliti, disiplin, komunikatif
Bekerja 5 Jam Sehari
Nilai tambah: pengalaman marketplace ads, event besar (11.11, 12.12), dan portofolio hasil iklan
